At Helping Hands we offer a variety of classes to fit
your needs. Whether it's a full length Adult-Child-Infant CPR Certification course
or an Infant-Child rescue course for new and expecting parents. We also have classes
that focus on Adult Only rescue for the work place environment. Along with our First
Aid Training, all of your bases are covered in case of any emergency. Please
ask us about our combination classes. Discounts are given when a CPR and First Aid
Course are given together.
In addition to our regular classes, we can create a
custom class to suit your home or working environment. Please call (978) 745-0029 or

We can also help you to organize a CPR party. Get
your neighbors and friends involved too. Hold a BBQ at your house or community
center and Helping Hands will provide the instruction before or after the meal.

Aid - The Basic First Aid course
covers everything you would need to know in order to help your patient remain stable until
the Paramedics arrive. The basic course is lecture only with handouts and booklets
given to each student for future reference. Advance courses range from 6 to 40 hours
dependant on your needs. The increased time allows for more detailed lecture for key
points as well as hands on practice of some first aid procedures. Each class is
taught using books that are approved by OSHA for the teaching of First Aid. |

- This course combines the Child and
Infant rescue course with a 2 hour basic pediatric first aid course. This will help
teach all babysitters how to deal with life threatening injuries and how to get the best
possible help for your child while you're away. **This course is also great for new
